We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all seals intact.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • A return authorization must be obtained before shipping any item back to us.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded — only regular-priced items are eligible.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or call 678-443-4099 to request a return authorization.
  2. We will review your request and send you a return authorization email within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or credit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at [email protected] with photos of the damage.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), in which case we will cover the return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

  • Items returned without prior authorization
